From Points North (Ashland/Wash, D.C., etc.) - Take Interstate 95 South to the Powhite Parkway (76 South) to the Downtown Expressway (I-195 South). Once on the Downtown Expressway, go through the toll booth ($0.50). After the toll booth, take the third exit for 7th & 9th Streets. Off the exit ram, merge to the second-most right lane. Go straight through the stoplight (crossing over 9th Street). Turn Right at the second stoplight onto 10th Street. Follow the road through a 90-degree bend to the right. After the bend in the road, turn right immediately into our underground parking deck. Upon entering the deck, please take a parking ticket. Turn left at the end of the aisle toward West Tower / Handicapped parking. Turn right at the stop sign. After passing the elevator bay (on your left) look for reserved spaces for your convenience - marked "Reserved Parking for Salomon & Ludwin." These three spots are for our clients and visitors. Bring your parking ticket with you and take the Garage elevator to the PLAZA level. Once there, take the building elevators to the 2nd floor. Our receptionist will greet you and let us know you are here. We will validate your parking ticket upon your departure.
Fom Points West (Goochland, Charlottesville, etc.) - Take Interstate 64-East to the Powhite Parkway (76 South) to the Downtown Expressway (I-195 South).
